摘要
在智能物料生产线上,怎样实现不同产品的自动分拣。该文以ABB机器人和S7-1200系列PLC为控制核心,以机器视觉为基础设计出工业机器人视觉分拣系统,结合触摸屏、视觉检测和传感器检测等技术,实现产品分拣过程全自动化,大幅降低人力成本,提高生产效率。首先,分析工业机器人分拣系统的总体设计和系统控制流程,再介绍其硬件组成和关键核心算法,通过核心算法能快速对不同物体以及物体所在的不同位置进行自动分拣。最后通过实验运行验证,该控制系统整体运行良好,分拣误判断率低于0.5%,达到预期效果。
How to realize the automatic sorting of different products in the intelligent material production line.In this paper,with ABB robot and S7-1200 PLC as the control core,the vision sorting system of industrial robot is designed on the basis of machine vision,combined with touch screen,visual inspection and sensor detection technology to realize the full automation of product sorting process,greatly reduce labor costs and improve production efficiency.First of all,the overall design and system control flow of the industrial robot sorting system are analyzed,and then its hardware composition and key core algorithms are introduced.Through the core algorithm,different objects and objects can be sorted automatically in different positions.Finally,verified by the experimental operation,the overall operation of the control system is good,and the misjudgment rate of sorting is less than 0.5%,which achieves the expected effect.
