摘要
为提升山区高速公路工程品质,推动其适应新时期品质工程设计、施工、养护与运营等全寿命周期的新要求。该文以浙江省龙丽温高速公路文成至泰顺段品质工程建设经验为例,基于其复杂的地形条件、施工条件、生态条件及气候条件等,从创新管理方式及BIM的有效运用出发,提出文泰高速打造品质工程的主要措施、重难点及对策。从文泰高速的建设成果来看,不仅通过创新的管理方式有效破解施工建设中的征地难题和临时工程集中难题,同时利用BIM技术应用可有效解决水源保护地上建设长大桥梁等难题。在全国广泛开展公路水运品质工程示范创建的背景下,以期为同类工程建设项目创建品质工程提供有益的参考。
In order to improve the engineering quality of expressways in mountain areas,and promote them to adapt to the new requirements of the whole life cycle of quality engineering design,construction,maintenance and operation in the new period.Taking the construction experience of quality engineering in Wencheng-Taishun section of Long-Li-Wen Expressway in Zhejiang Province as an example,based on its complex topographic conditions,construction conditions,ecological conditions and climatic conditions,and starting from the innovative management methods and the effective application of BIM,this paper puts forward the main measures,difficulties and countermeasures for building quality engineering in Wencheng-Taishun Expressway.Judging from the construction achievements of Wencheng-TaishunExpressway,not only the difficult problems of land expropriation and the concentration of temporary projects in construction have been effectively solved through innovative management methods,but also the problems of building long bridges on the ground for water source protection have been effectively solved by the application of BIM technology.Under the background of the establishment of highway and waterway quality engineering demonstration throughout the country,it is expected to provide a useful reference for the establishment of quality engineering for similar construction projects.
