摘要
该项目结合杭金衢高速公路TJ04标段工程,通过研究现状分析,掌握红砂岩的崩解机理,利用其遇水崩解特性对传统路基碾压工艺进行改良,增加红砂岩消活处理步骤,采用智能化压实设备精准控制施工,提高施工效率,有效控制红砂岩崩解导致的工后病害,为红砂岩在高速公路路基工程中的推广应用提供有力参考。
In this project,based on the TJ04 section project of Hangzhou-Jinhua-Quzhou Expressway,through the analysis of the present research situation,the avalanche mechanism of red sandstone is dealt with the traditional subgrade rolling process is improved.Using its water disintegration characteristics,the red sandstone digestion treatment steps are added,and the intelligent compaction equipment is used to accurately control the construction,which improves the construction efficiency and effectively controls the post-construction diseases caused by red sandstone disintegration.This provides a powerful reference for the popularization and application of red sandstone in expressway roadbed engineering.
