薄型管片密封垫沟槽外侧混凝土损伤规律

摘要 依托某电力盾构隧道工程,建立密封垫-管片相互作用模型,通过改变弹性密封垫硬度、接缝张开量、错台量、密封垫沟槽尺寸和位置,对密封垫沟槽外侧混凝土的裂损情况进行了分析。结果表明:密封垫与管片的正向挤压和切向错台均会引起混凝土裂损,其中接缝错台量的影响最大;密封垫沟槽深度越小、沟槽与管片外侧的距离越大,混凝土裂损程度越低。对于薄型混凝土管片接缝设计,在满足管片防水和局部承压要求前提下,建议尽量减小密封垫沟槽深度,增大沟槽与管片外侧的距离。 Based on an electric shield tunnel project,a gasket-segment interaction model was established.By changing the hardness of elastic sealing gasket,joint splaying amount,joint dislocation amount,gasket groove size and location,the damage laws of concrete outside groove of thin segment gasket were studied.The results show that,forward extrusion and tangential dislocation of sealing gasket and segment can cause concrete damage,the amount of joint dislocation has the greatest impact on concrete cracking,meanwhile,the depth of gasket groove and the distance between groove and outside segment also have the impact on concrete cracking,smaller depth and larger distance can have lower degree of concrete cracking.Under the premise of ensuring waterproof capacity and local compression of the segment,it is recommended to minimize the depth of gasket groove and increase the distance between groove and outside segment for the design of elastic sealing gasket.
