摘要
采用三维激光扫描仪获取开挖断面、初期支护和二次衬砌段落的原始点云数据,经去噪、断面点云数据提取、坐标转换后得到点云平面坐标,然后根据提出的衬砌厚度和二次衬砌混凝土用量计算方法,得到衬砌实测厚度和二次衬砌混凝土实测用量。通过与衬砌设计厚度、二次衬砌混凝土实际浇筑量对比,判断衬砌欠厚和二次衬砌混凝土浇筑密实情况。经在一山岭隧道试验段应用,采用本文方法可快速检测、便捷计算衬砌厚度和二次衬砌混凝土用量,确定衬砌欠厚处所、二次衬砌混凝土密实情况,并给出施工建议。该方法经济适用,值得推广。
The original point cloud data of excavation section,initial support,and secondary lining section were obtained using 3D laser scanner,the point cloud plane coordinates were obtained after denoising,extraction of section point cloud data and coordinate transformation.Then,the measured lining thickness and secondary lining concrete dosage were obtained according to the proposed lining thickness and the secondary lining concrete dosage calculation method.By comparing the design lining thickness and the actual pouring volume of secondary lining concrete,the thickness of the lining and the density of the secondary lining concrete pouring were determined.After application in the experimental section of a mountain tunnel,the method described in this article can be used to rapid detect and conveniently calculate the lining thickness and secondary lining concrete dosage,determine the areas where the lining is under thick and the density of the secondary lining concrete,and provide construction suggestions.This method is economically applicable and worth promoting.
