摘要
切割天井广泛应用在分段空场法、无底柱分段崩落法及V型堑沟的爆破扩槽中,高度通常在8~12 m,常采用普通法、吊罐法、切割天井钻机扩刷法等施工。普通法和吊罐法施工切割天井存在机械化程度低、劳动强度大、效率低、成本大、安全性差等问题,切割天井钻机施工切割天井存在设备投入大、外形尺寸大、小断面巷道不适用等问题。采用切割槽硐室替代切割天井作为爆破扩槽的补偿空间,通过优化布孔参数、爆破方案及切割槽硐室参数等,解决了切割槽硐室处于槽区一侧夹制性大这一技术难题,成功完成了12 m高爆破扩槽。现场试验表明,切割槽硐室可以替代切割天井完成12 m以下爆破扩槽,采用双侧布置切割槽硐室可将扩槽高度增大至15 m,是一种机械化程度高、劳动强度小、效率高、安全性好的爆破扩槽方案,具有良好的经济和社会效益。
Cutting patio is widely used in sublevel open pit method,sublevel caving method without bottom pillar and blasting expansion of V-shaped trench,the height is usually 8~12 m,and the common method,lifting tank method,cutting patios drill brush expansion method and other construction methods are often adopted.The common method and hanging tank method have some problems,such as low mechanization degree,high labor intensity,low efficiency,high cost and poor safety,etc.The cutting patio construction by cutting patio drilling rig has some problems,such as large equipment input,large shape size and inapplicability of small section roadway.The cutting groove chamber is used to replace the cutting patio as the compensation space for blasting groove expansion.By optimizing the hole layout parameters,blasting scheme and cutting groove chamber parameters,the technical problem that the cutting groove chamber is in one side of the groove area with large clamping property is solved,and the 12 m high blasting groove expansion is successfully completed.The field test shows that the cutting groove chamber can replace the cutting patio to complete the blasting groove expansion below 12 m,and the cutting groove chamber arranged on two sides can increase the height of the expanding groove to 15 m.It is a blasting groove expansion scheme with high mechanization degree,low labor intensity,high efficiency and good safety,which has good economic and social benefits.
