摘要
回采顺序是影响复杂条件下盘区矿柱群安全回收的重要影响因素,科学合理地确定安全可靠的回采顺序方案,对矿山优化开采与整体安全性具有十分重要的意义。以铜坑矿三大矿体交错重叠的复杂开采条件为背景,针对破碎盘区矿柱群回收问题,采用FLAC^(3D)模拟软件,对不同的安全回采方案进行模拟研究。综合分析了不同方案下矿块回采中最大、最小主应力及位移等特征,最终确定先偏中心切割后按顺序后退回采的方案最优,并根据分析结果对相应区域进行安全开采监控,取得了良好效果。研究成果对相似矿山具有重要参考意义。
Mining sequence is an important factor that affects the safe recovery of pillar groups in the lower paanel under complex conditions.To scientifically and reasonably determine a safe and reliable mining sequence plan is of great significance for optimizing mining and the overall safety of mines.Based on the complex mining conditions of overlapping three ore bodies in Tongkeng Mine,aiming at the recovery problem of pillar group in the broken panel area,the FLAC^(3D)simulation software was used to conduct simulation studies on different safe mining schemes.The characteristics of maximum and minimum principal stress and displacement under different schemes are comprehensively analyzed,and the optimal scheme of first off center cutting and then backward mining in sequence is finally determined.According to the analysis results,the safe mining monitoring of the corresponding area is carried out,and good results are obtained.The research results have important reference significance for similar mines.
