摘要
某选矿厂铁精矿产品钒钛含量较高,为研究钒钛元素赋存状态,以及为后续钒钛元素的富集回收提供理论基础,通过化学多元素分析、铁物相分析、扫描电镜和光学显微镜等方法对该样品的化学组成、矿物含量以及主要含钒钛元素矿石的产出形式等特性进行了研究。研究结果表明:该铁精矿TFe品位67.54%;V2O5、TiO_(2)含量分别为0.387%、0.904%;样品中的铁主要存在于磁铁矿,其次为赤铁矿,分布率分别为93.56%和5.33%;钒钛元素主要存在于磁铁矿,2种元素在磁铁矿中的分布率分别为95.24%和90.56%,部分存在于赤铁矿,分布率分别为4.76%和5.66%,少量的钛元素还存在于金红石和黑云母中;磁铁矿和赤铁矿均呈细粒分布,在-0.04 mm粒级分布率分别为75.06%和92.74%。
The content of vanadium and titanium in iron concentrate products of a concentrator is high.In order to study the occurrence state of vanadium and titanium elements and provide a theoretical basis for the subsequent enrichment and recovery of vanadium and titanium elements,the chemical composition,mineral content and the output form of the main vanadium and titanium ore of the sample were studied by chemical multi-element analysis,iron phase analysis,scanning electron microscopy and optical microscopy.The results show that the TFe grade of the iron concentrate is 67.54%,the content of V2O5 and TiO_(2) is 0.387%and 0.904%,respectively.The iron in the sample mainly exists in magnetite,followed by hematite,with distribution rates of 93.56%and 5.33%,respectively.Vanadium and titanium mainly exist in magnetite,and the distribution rates of the two elements in magnetite are 95.24%and 90.56%,respectively.Some exist in hematite,and the distribution rates are 4.76%and 5.66%,respectively.A small amount of titanium also exists in rutile and biotite.Magnetite and hematite are fine-grained distribution,and the distribution rates in the-0.04 mm fraction are 75.06%and 92.74%,respectively.
