摘要
为了探究酸碱溶液配比的全尾砂充填料浆的管道输送性能,对不同酸碱性水配比的全尾砂充填料浆的输送性能进行了研究。设计了包括溶液pH值、料浆浓度、灰砂比及充填管径等影响因素在内的多水平正交试验方案,利用工业环管试验测试得到了不同试验方案下的直管输送管阻损失和弯管输送管阻损失结果。试验结果表明:酸性溶液可降低充填管道管阻损失,而碱性溶液可提高充填管道管阻损失,且充填料浆管阻损失碱性溶液要相对酸性溶液更为敏感。通过Design-Expert对试验结果的进一步深入分析得出,在各影响因素中,配比溶液pH值对充填管道阻力损失的影响仅次于管道内径,要高于料浆浓度和灰砂比;弯管输送时将弱化溶液pH值对充填料浆管道输送的影响。
In order to explore the pipeline transportation performance of full tailings filling slurry with acid-base solution ratio,the transportation performance of full tailings filling slurry with different acid-base water ratio was studied.A multi-level orthogonal test scheme including the influencing factors such as solution pH value,slurry concentration,cement-sand ratio and filling pipe diameter was designed.The results of resistance loss of straight pipe conveying pipe and elbow pipe conveying pipe under different test schemes were obtained by industrial ring pipe test.The results showed that the acid solution could reduce the pipe resistance loss of the filling pipeline,while the alkaline solution could increase the pipe resistance loss of the filling pipeline,and the alkaline solution was more sensitive to the pipe resistance loss of the filling slurry than the acid solution.Through the further in-depth analysis of the test results by Design-Expert,it is concluded that among the influencing factors,the influence of the mixed solution pH value on the resistance loss of the filling pipeline is second only to the inner diameter of the pipeline,higher than the slurry concentration and the cement-sand ratio,the influence of solution pH value on the pipeline transportation of filling slurry will be weakened during elbow transportation.
