圆锥破碎机给料控制稳定性优化研究

摘要 为了实现马钢张庄矿选矿厂细碎机均匀满腔给料,保证衬板最佳经济磨损,提高生产效率,降低生产成本,针对细碎机给料控制在保证原系统正常生产的前提下,通过加装西门子1200PLC控制器和MCGS昆仑通态触摸屏,将原生产控制系统的给料控制模式切换至西门子1200PLC给料。通过MCGS触摸屏设置挤满料位,利用西门子1200PLC中的PID控制功能,使给料频率和破碎机腔内料位形成一个闭环控制,稳定了腔内料位,达到了均匀给料的效果。 In order to realize the uniform full cavity feeding of the fine crusher in the concentrator of Anhui Magang Zhangzhuang Mining Co.,Ltd.,ensure the best economic wear of the liner,improve the production efficiency and reduce the production cost,under the premise of ensuring the normal production of the original system,aiming at feeding control of the fine crusher,the feeding control mode of the original production control system is switched to Siemens 1200 PLC feeding by adding Siemens 1200 PLC controller and MCGS Kunlun on-state touch screen.The filling level is set by MCGS touch screen,and the PID control function in Siemens 1200 PLC is used to form a closed-loop control between the feeding frequency and the material level in the crusher cavity,which stabilizes the material level in the crusher cavity and achieves the effect of uniform feeding.
