高压辊磨机硬质合金柱钉应用研究

Application Research on Cemented Carbide Column Nail of High Pressure Roller Mill

为了提高高石英含量和高抗压强度磁铁矿用高压辊磨机硬质合金柱钉的使用寿命,针对柱钉耐磨性和抗断裂能力,分析了相同WC平均晶粒度不同Co含量的硬质合金柱钉物理性能与损耗的关系,分析了高温还原高温碳化制备WC与常规WC制备相同Co含量的硬质合金柱钉在金相组织、物理性能和损耗方面的差异。结果表明,在WC平均晶粒度一致的情况下,柱钉在使用过程中,随着Co含量的减少,柱钉硬度增加,耐磨性增加,但柱钉的断裂韧性降低,柱钉断裂数量大幅增加;在同等Co含量和WC平均晶粒度的情况下,相比常规WC,高温还原高温碳化的WC制备的硬质合金柱钉硬度升高,WC晶粒大小分布均匀,裂纹的扩展路径以穿晶断裂为主,断裂韧性升高,柱钉的耐磨性和抗断裂性能获得了提高。

In order to improve the service life of cemented carbide column nails of high pressure roller mill for magnetite with high quartz content and high compressive strength,aiming at the wear resistance and fracture resistance of the column nails,the relationship between the physical properties and the loss of the cemented carbide column nails with the same WC average grain size and different Co content was analyzed.The differences in metallographic organization,physical properties and loss of cemented carbide column nails with the same Co content prepared by high temperature reduction high temperature carbonization and conventional WC were analyzed.The results showed that when the average grain size of WC was the same,the hardness and wear resistance of the column nails increased with the decrease of Co content,but the fracture toughness of the column nails decreased,and the number of fracture of the column nails increased greatly.In the case of the same Co content and WC average grain size,compared with conventional WC,the hardness of cemented carbide column nails prepared by high temperature reduction and high temperature carbonization WC increased,the WC grain size distribution was uniform,the crack propagation path was mainly transgranular fracture,the fracture toughness increased,and the wear resistance and fracture resistance of the column nailswere improved.
