摘要
随着尾矿粒度降低,充填区域面积日益增加,白象山铁矿存在充填效果不理想、充填成本高等问题。为解决问题,开展了新型胶结剂充填试验,选择合适的新型胶结剂来替代现用胶结剂,提高矿山的充填质量及降低充填成本。试验结果表明,A1^(#)、A2^(#)胶结剂所制备的充填体虽然具有一定强度,但无法满足矿山对充填体的强度要求;B1^(#)与B2^(#)胶结剂制备的充填体强度大,但其成本较高,不具备批量工业化生产条件;C1^(#)胶结剂的充填效果明显优于现用胶结剂,强度指标能够满足矿山充填要求,且综合成本较低。因此,选用C1^(#)胶结剂替代现用胶结剂。通过工业试验,C1^(#)胶结剂充填体3、7与28 d的强度平均值均超过工业充填控制指标,且充填体表面较为平整,未出现明显的剥落现象,充填效果良好,充填料浆浓度稳定。
With the decrease of tailings particle size,the area of filling increase day by day,there are some problems such as unsatisfactory filling effect and high filling cost in Baixiangshan Iron Mine.In order to solve the problem,a new type of cementing agent filling test was carried out,and a suitable new type of cementing agent was selected to replace the existing one,so as to improve the filling quality and reduce the filling cost of the mine.The test results show that although the backfill prepared by A1^(#)and A2^(#)cementing agent has certain strength,it can not meet the strength requirement of mine.The backfill prepared by B1^(#)and B2^(#)cementing agents has high strength,but its cost is high and it does not have the conditions for mass industrial production.The filling effect of C1^(#)cementing agent is obviously better than that of existing cementing agent,the strength index can meet the requirements of mine filling,and the comprehensive cost of the cementing agent is low.Therefore,C1^(#)cementing agent was selected to replace the existing cementing agent.Through the industrial test,the average strength of C1^(#)cementing agent backfill at 3,7 and 28 days exceeded the industrial backfill control index,and the surface of the backfill body was relatively flat,no obvious spalling phenomenon occurred,the filling effect was good,and the filling slurry concentration was stable.
