摘要
卡车智能调度系统已在众多矿山企业中广泛运用,但发挥的功效和创造的效益却参差不齐。为最大程度发挥露天矿山卡车智能调度系统的优越性,解决不同开采方法下的车流优化和实时调度功能不佳的问题,从调度准则的确立、调度方法的划分及适用条件、车流优化的分配方式等方面研究,提出了可切合不同工况条件的智能调度方法,并将其运用到铜街-曼家寨矿山的生产调度中,大幅提高了工程设备台时效率。
Intelligent scheduling system for trucks has been widely used in many mining enterprises,but its effect and benefits are uneven.In order to maximize the advantages of intelligent scheduling system for trucks in open-pit mines,the problems of vehicle flow optimization and real-time scheduling under different mining methods are solved.Based on the research on the establishment of scheduling criteria,the division of scheduling methods and applicable conditions,and the scheduling mode of traffic flow optimization,the intelligent scheduling method which can meet different working conditions is proposed,and it is applied to the production scheduling of Tongjie-Manjiazhai Mine,which greatly improves the hourly efficiency of engineering equipment.
