摘要
为通过开展社区绘画服务提升老年人心理弹性水平,采用一般调查问卷及心理弹性量表对307位老年人进行调查,并对其中心理弹性水平较低的67位老年人开展绘画服务,服务后进行后测,采用SPSS 22.0软件对数据进行统计分析。结果表明:研究对象心理弹性及情绪控制、目标专注、自我认知、精神寄托维度在前后测上存在显著差异,不同性别研究对象的心理弹性及各其维度前后测结果也存在显著差异,不同年龄段研究对象在心理弹性水平及其各维度的前后测结果上表现出各不相同的差异。绘画服务能够有效提升老年人的心理弹性水平,丰富社区“心”服务的模式,具有有效性与可行性,适合在社区中推广。
In order to improve the psychological resilience of the elderly with community painting service,the study investigates 307 elderly people by general questionnaire and psychological resilience scale,and provides painting service for 67 elderly people with low psychological resilience.After the service,the study conducts post-test,and does statistical analysis with SPSS 22.0 software.The results show that there are significant differences in psychological resilience and emotional control,goal focus,self-cognition,and psychological attachment before and after the test.There are significant differences in psychological resilience of subjects of different genders and the results before and after measurement of each dimension.Subjects of different ages show different differences in the level of psychological resilience and the results before and after test of each dimension.Painting service can effectively improve the mental resilience of the elderly and enrich the mode of community“heart”service,which is effective,feasible and suitable for promotion in the community.
