南京市老年人对社区助餐服务的满意度及其优化路径

Research on the Satisfaction of the Elderly to the Community Meal Assistance Service in Nanjing City and its Optimization Path

随着人口老龄化程度不断加深,老年人的就餐问题亟待解决。通过调研南京市社区老年助餐服务供给状况及老年人对社区助餐服务的满意度,发现社区老年助餐服务运营中存在有形性、可靠性、响应性、保证性、移情性五大困境,现有老年助餐服务机构需进一步优化设施配置,创新外送服务模式,健全管理通知体系,加大政府招揽人才投入力度,关注老年人心理健康问题,以有效解决人口老龄化背景下老年人“吃饭难”的问题。

With the deepening of population aging,the problem of dining for the elderly needs to be solved urgently.By investigating the supply status of community meal assistance for the elderly and the satisfaction of the elderly to the community meal assistance in Nanjing City,it is found that there are five difficulties in the operation of community meal assistance service for the elderly:tangibility,reliability,responsiveness,assurance and empathy.The existing elderly meal assistance service institutions need to further optimize the facility configuration,innovate the delivery service model,improve management notification system,increase government’s efforts to attract talents,pay attention to the psychological health of the elderly,in order to effectively solve the problem of“difficulty in eating”under the background of population ageing.
