长期失能老人家属焦虑情绪及其影响因素

Anxiety of the Family Members of the Elderly with Long-term Disability and its Influencing Factors

为了解长期失能老人家属在对其照顾过程中是否会产生高于常模的焦虑情绪,选取无锡市350名长期失能老人家属为研究对象,采用基本情况调查表、SAS焦虑自测量表进行问卷调查,发现长期失能老人家属的焦虑程度远超一般人群,其焦虑程度在老人失能程度、失能类型、失能时间、家属身份、家属性别及家庭经济条件上均存在显著差异,老人失能程度越高、失能时间越长、家庭经济条件越差,家属的焦虑程度越高,且女性家属的焦虑程度高于男性,家属身份为配偶的焦虑程度更高。社区应定期为经济条件较差的失能老人家属、年纪较大且需独自照顾失能老人的配偶以及长期卧床的失能老人家属等提供心理疏导,以改善其焦虑状况。

In order to know whether the family members of the elderly with long-term disability will be anxious higher than the norm in the process of long-term care,the study selects 350 family members of the elderly with long-term disability in Wuxi City as the research objects;does questionnaire survey with basic situation questionnaire and Self Rating Anxiety Scale.It is found that the anxiety of family members of the elderly with long-term disability is much higher than the general population.There is significant difference of anxiety degree in the elderly with different disability degrees,types and duration,and family members’identity and economic conditions.The higher the disability degree of the elderly,the longer of disability,and weaker family economic condition is,the higher the anxiety degree of family members is.The anxiety of female family members is higher than male.The anxiety of spouses is higher.The community should regularly provide psychological counseling for the family members of disabled elderly people with poor economic conditions,the older spouses who need to take care of disabled elderly people alone,and the family members of disabled elderly people in bed for a long time,so as to improve their anxiety.
