智慧医疗在杭州市社区养老中的使用现状、困境及对策

Research on the Utilization,Dilemma and Countermeasures of Intelligent Medical Care of Community Elderly Care in Hangzhou City

为促进杭州市社区养老智慧医疗的发展,采用问卷调查和访谈的方法调研杭州市社区老年人对智慧医疗的使用意愿、频率和期望,发现社区老年群体对智慧医疗的了解程度与利用率都偏低,对智慧医疗的使用意愿和期望偏高。智慧医疗还没有在老年人群中深入推广,政府、企业和社会需进一步整合资源,出台相关政策,推动智慧医疗产业高质量发展,设计更全面的老龄化产品,让智慧医疗的技术红利真正惠及每一位老年人。

In order to promote the development of intelligent medical care of community elderly care in Hangzhou City,the study investigates and analyzes the willingness of utilization,frequency and expectation of intelligent medical care of community elderly care in Hangzhou City with questionnaire survey and interview.It is found that the rates of awareness and utilization of intelligent medical care among the elderly in the community are low,but the rates of willingness and expectation are generally high.Intelligent medical care has not yet been fully accepted by the elderly people.Government,enterprises and the society need to further integrate resources,introduce relevant policies,promote the high quality development of intelligent medical care industry,and design more comprehensive ageing product lines,to make every elderly person truly enjoy the benefit of intelligent medical care.
