基于CiteSpace家校协同视域下高校毕业生的就业研究

Research on Graduate Employment from the Perspective of Home-School Collaboration Based on Citespace

为给高校毕业生就业提供参考借鉴,使用Cite Spaces 6.1.R6软件对CNKI数据库中2013—2022年有关家校协同教育视角下高校毕业生就业相关研究文献的高频关键词、主题聚类、突变关键词等进行统计运算和分析,发现大学生就业相关研究机构和人员主要集中在高校,以“协同育人”“家校共育”“家庭教育”为突变关键词的研究成果集中在2019—2022年,家校协同教育相关研究者的合作体系已初步建立,研究机构相对单一,高校毕业生就业研究有向家校协同就业教育发展的趋势。为此,应健全就业教育协同育人体系,加强就业指导师资队伍建设,提升家庭就业教育的指导能力,构建“家校协同”的高校毕业生就业教育体系,以更好地指引学生找到就业方向,达成就业目标。

In order to provide reference for the employment of college graduates,the study conducts statistical operation and analysis on high-frequency keywords,topic clustering,and mutation keywords,etc.from the perspective of home-school collaboration from 2013 to 2022.It is found that employment research institutions and personnel mainly concentrate in colleges and universities;the research results with“collaborative education”“home-school collaboration”“family education”as the mutation keywords are concentrated from 2019 to 2022.The home-school collaborative researcher cooperation system has been preliminarily established,and the research institutions are relatively simple.The employment research of college graduates has a trend toward home-school collaborative employment education.Therefore,it is suggested to improve the employment education collaborative education system,strengthen the construction of employment guidance teachers,improve the guidance ability of family employment education,and build a“home-school coordination”employment education system for college graduates,so as to better guide students to find employment direction and achieve employment goals.
