摘要
职业认同是特教教师专业成长的关键因素,也是特教教师成长的心理支撑。通过对吉林省211名特教教师的职业认同现状进行调查的结果表明,其职业认同处于中上水平。不同性别、不同婚姻状态对教师的职业认同有显著影响。不同年龄、不同教龄的教师,其职业认同程度有显著差别。特教专业高级职称教师较多,职称会对教师的职业认同产生较大的影响。特教学校对师资的需求较大,师资队伍的职业认同会受到培训因素的影响。
Professional identity is the key factor of the professional growth of special education teachers,and it is also the psychological support of the growth of special education teachers.The study analyzes the professional identity of 211 special education teachers with questionnaire survey.The results show that professional identity is general and above.There is significant difference of professional identity of teachers with different genders,marriage status,ages and teaching years.There are more teachers with senior professional titles.Professional titles will have a great impact on teachers’professional identity.Schools have a great demand for teachers,and the professional identity of teachers will be influenced by training.
