基于流体力学多尺度实验课的卓越人才创新意识培养分析 被引量:1

摘要 新时代我国的能源转型发展亟需创新性人才,以此为契机,东北电力大学“工程流体力学”教学团队针对能动卓越班学生开展了流体力学多尺度创新实验课的教学探索,从增加前沿教学内容、创新教学方法、引导学生实验中自由探索和思考、改革教学评价体系、夯实优质师资队伍等方面提升课程特色,经过三轮教学,学生主动学习、主动思考和创新的意识得到了提升,分析与解决问题的能力得到了锻炼。未来该团队将继续致力于优化流体力学多尺度创新实验课,更新优化教学内容,修订实验指导用书,增加学生实践与师生研讨时间等,力求以该课程为契机,努力打造交叉性、创新性强的优秀实验课程,培养能源转型亟需的卓越创新性人才。 In the new era,the development of energy transition in China urgently needs innovative talents.The“engineering fluid mechanics”teaching team of Northeast Electric Power University has carried out the teaching exploration of multi-scale innovative experimental course of fluid mechanics for the students of dynamic excellent classes,and obtained the course characteristics from the following aspects:increasing cutting-edge teaching content,innovating teaching methods,guiding students to explore and think freely in experiments,reforming teaching evaluation system,and consolidating high-quality teachers,etc.After 3 rounds of teaching,students’awareness of active learning,active thinking and innovation has been improved,and their ability to analyze and solve problems has been exercised.In the future,the team will continue to strive to optimize the multi-scale innovative experiment course of fluid mechanics,update and optimize the teaching content,revise the experiment instructions,increase the time for student practice and discussion between teachers and students,etc.,and strive to take this course as an opportunity to create an excellent experimental course with cross-cutting and innovative characteristics,and cultivate outstanding innovative talents urgently needed for energy transformation.
