高职院校学前教育专业男生专业认同感调研

摘要 幼儿教育领域在人员构成上存在男女比例严重失调现象,男生人数非常少。为了解高职院校学前教育专业男生的专业认同感,通过问卷调查及访谈的形式对闽南厦漳泉地区几所高职院校学前教育专业的男生开展调研,发现调研对象普遍对本专业学习意向不强,城乡地区家庭和学生对学前教育专业的了解程度和认同感差距较大,男生少及幼儿园的工资待遇是影响男生选择学前教育专业的因素。学前教育专业教师可通过开展各类活动,提高学前教育专业男生对社团活动的参与度,扩大专业选修课可选范围,提高实践课程占比等来提高男生对学前教育专业及男幼师职业的认同感。 In the field of early childhood education,there is a serious imbalance in the proportion of men and women,which leads to the low professional identity of male students.In order to know the professional identity of male students majoring in preschool education in higher vocational colleges,questionnaire survey and interview are carried out on male students majoring in preschool education in several higher vocational colleges in Xia-Zhang-Quan Area of southern Fujian Province.It is found that the respondents generally do not have a strong intention to study their major.There is a large gap between families and students in urban and rural areas in their understanding of preschool education and their sense of identity.The lack of male students in the major and the salary of the kindergarten are the influencing factors of the male students’choice of preschool education major.Teachers of preschool education can carry out various activities,increase the scope of optional courses,and increase the proportion of practical courses,so as to improve boys’sense of identity to preschool education and the occupation of male preschool teachers.
