中央党校是中国共产党开展干部教育的重要阵地,在党和国家的建设发展中扮演着重要角色。苏区时期创办的马克思共产主义学校作为中央党校的源头,其干部教育实践以理论文化教育、军事技术教育、社会实践教育为主要内容,形成了党政高度重视、因时因地制宜与理论联系实际的鲜明特色。在革命战争的艰苦环境下,马克思共产主义学校的干部教育不仅为革命事业培养出了一批优秀的领导干部,缓解了苏区干部数量不足和水平不高的问题,推动了苏区的建设发展,还奠定了中央党校发展建设的基础,为中央党校的干部教育工作积累了初步经验。

The Party School of the Central Committee of the CPC is an important position for the CPC to carry out cadre education and plays an important role in the construction and development of the Party and the country.The Marxist Communist School established during the Soviet area period served as the source of the Party School of the Central Committee of the CPC,its practice in cadres'education took theoretical and cultural education,military technology education and social practice education as the main contents,forming the distinctive characteristics of the party and government attaching great importance to it,adapting to local conditions and integrating theory with practice.In the hard environment of the revolutionary war,the cadre education of Marxist Communist School not only trained a batch of outstanding leading cadres for the revolutionary cause,alleviate the problem of insufficient number and low level of cadres,promote the development and the construction of the Soviet area,also laid the foundation of the development and the construction of the Party School of the Central Committee of the CPC,accumulating preliminary experience for its cadre education work.
