新乡贤群体助推乡村振兴研究——以江西省安义县为例

新乡贤群体既是新时代基层统战工作的重要对象,也是助力乡村全面振兴的一支重要力量。近年来,江西省南昌市安义县全面挖掘和整合新乡贤资源,持续推进新乡贤网络建设,凝聚了新乡贤人心,汇聚了新乡贤智慧和力量,助推乡村振兴迈上新台阶。当下,进一步破解新乡贤群体在助力乡村振兴道路上面临的诸多现实困境,是激活新乡贤潜能、凝聚新乡贤力量的必由之路。

The new rural elite group is not only an important target for grassroots united front work in the new era,but also an important force to assist in the comprehensive revitalization of rural areas.In recent years,Anyi County,Nanchang City,Jiangxi Province,has comprehensively excavated and integrated the resources of new rural elite group,continuously promoting the construction of new rural elite network,gathered the hearts of new rural elite,gathered the wisdom and strength of new rural elite,boosting rural revitalization to a new level.At present,further solving the many realistic dilemmas faced by the new rural elite in supporting rural revitalization is the only way to activate the potential of new rural elite and gather their strength.
