脱贫攻坚取得胜利后,促进农村低收入群体的收入增长是我国处于相对贫困治理时期的重点工作,更是推进共同富裕的重中之重。与时俱进的农村改革、不断优化的农村体制机制、脱贫攻坚的胜利经验和数字乡村建设为农村低收入群体的收入增长提供了现实基础,然而农村低收入群体收入来源单一、内生动力不足、人力资本贫乏和利益联结方式不紧密等也制约了他们的增收,还需要为农村低收入群体创造更加公正、包容和可持续的发展环境,使他们更快融入现代化进程,共享发展成果,从而实现可持续的收入增长。

Following the victory of poverty alleviation,promoting the income growth of low-income rural groups is a key task in China's relative poverty governance period,and it is also a top priority in promoting common prosperity.The rural reform that keeps pace with the time,the continuously optimized rural institutional mechanisms,the successful experience of poverty alleviation,and the digital construction of rural areas have provided a practical foundation for the income growth of rural low-income groups.However,their income growth is also constrained by the single source of income,insufficient endogenous power,poor human capital,and loose interest linkage of rural low-income groups.It is also necessary to create a more justice,inclusive,and sustainable development environment for rural low-income groups,which enables them to integrate faster into the modernization process,share development achievements,and achieve sustainable income growth.
