摘要
烧结机利用系数是衡量烧结机生产能力的重要指标。在烧结机不扩容的情况下,烧结矿产量的提升主要是通过提高烧结机速和作业率来实现。本文针对马钢现有烧结矿产质量满足不了高炉需求的现状,分别从原料条件、操作制度、设备优化等方面对这些制约因素进行了系统分析。通过以同化性、粘结相强度、液相流动性、铁酸钙生成能力为基本参考优化配矿结构,提高原料中SiO_(2)含量,提高混匀矿粒度,制定混匀矿换堆操作方法,应用烧结终点控制模型,合理控制烧结风量,优化生石灰下料稳定性,漏风治理等措施,马钢380 m^(2)烧结机在烧结矿质量满足高炉需求的前提下,利用系数达到了1.418 t/(m^(2)·h),较2020年提高了0.149 t/(m^(2)·h)。
The utilization coefficient of sintering machine is an important index to measure the production capacity of sintering machine.In the case that the sintering machine does not expand,the increase in the amount of sintered minerals is mainly achieved by increasing the speed and operating rate of the sintering machine.In view of the current situation that the quality of the existing sintered minerals of Masteel cannot meet the needs of blast furnaces,these constraints are systematically analyzed from the aspects of raw material conditions,operation system and equipment optimization.By optimizing the blending structure with assimilation,binder phase strength,liquid phase fluidity,and calcium ferrite generation capacity as the basic references,increasing the SiO_(2)content in raw materials,improving the particle size of the mixed ore,formulating the operation method of mixing ore for pile exchange,applying the sintering endpoint control model,reasonably controlling the sintering air volume,optimizing the stability of quicklime cutting,air leakage treatment and other measures,the utilization coefficient of Masteel 380 m^(2)sintering machine reached 1.418 t/(m^(2)·h)under the premise that the sinter quality met the needs of the blast furnace.This is an increase of 0.149 t/(m^(2)·h)compared to 2020.
