响应面法优化毛菊苣总黄酮和总多酚的超声提取工艺

Optimization in Ultrasonic Extraction Process of Total Flavonoids and Total Polyphenols from Cichorium glandulosum Boiss.et Huet by Response Surface Methodology

摘要 以通过熵权法计算的毛菊苣浸膏得率、总黄酮含量、总多酚含量的综合评分为评价指标,采用响应面法优化了毛菊苣总黄酮和总多酚的超声提取工艺。确定最佳提取工艺为:乙醇体积分数56%、超声时间35 min、料液比1∶50(g∶mL),在此条件下,浸膏得率为16.333%、总黄酮含量为17.977 mg·g^(-1)、总多酚含量为9.150 mg·g^(-1),综合评分为14.998,与模型预测值(14.974)接近。该提取工艺简便、稳定、省时,适用于毛菊苣总黄酮和总多酚的提取,为毛菊苣的进一步开发利用提供了依据。 Taking the comprehensive score calculated by entropy weight method based on the extract yield,total flavonoids content,and total polyphenols content of Cichorium glandulosum Boiss.et Huet as an evaluation index,we optimized the ultrasonic extraction process of total flavonoids and total polyphenols from Cichorium glandulosum Boiss.et Huet by response surface methodologies.The optimal extraction process can be determined as follows:the ethanol volume fraction of 56%,the ultrasonic time of 35 min,and the solid-liquid ratio of 1∶50(g∶mL).Under above conditions,the extract yield is 16.333%,the total flavonoids content is 17.977 mg·g^(-1),the total polyphenols content is 9.150 mg·g^(-1),and the comprehensive score is 14.998,which is close to the model predicted value(14.974).The extraction process is simple,stable,and time-saving,which is suitable for the extraction of total flavonoids and total polyphenols from Cichorium glandulosum Boiss.et Huet.This study provides a reference for the further development and utilization of Cichorium glandulosum Boiss.et Huet.
