摘要
理解与落实《义务教育道德与法治课程标准(2022年版)》是道德与法治课程与教学改革的重点,但当前一线教师对核心素养培育要求的理解、对综合性课程内容的组织、对“教学评一体化”理念的贯彻等还存在着一定程度的片面化、形式化等问题。突破这些困境,更好地理解与落实新课标,需要在处理好核心素养与课程目标、课程内容与教材内容、实施建议与教学实践、学业质量与教学评价和考试评价等关系的基础上,深入探索大概念单元教学,关注研制素养化教学目标、整合综合性单元内容、设计单元式教学活动以及实施过程性与发展性教学评价。
Understanding and implementing the Curriculum Standard of Morality and Rule of Law in Compulsory Education(2022 Edition)is the focus of the curriculum and teaching reform of Morality and rule of law.However,there are still some problems such as one sidedness and formalization in understanding the requirements of cultivating core literacy,organizing the content of comprehensive courses and implementing the concept of integration of teaching evaluation in front-line teaching.To break through these dilemmas and better understand and implement the new curriculum standards,we need to deal with the relationship between core literacy and curriculum objectives,curriculum content and teaching materials,implementation suggestions and teaching practice,academic quality and teaching evaluation and examination evaluation,and deeply explore the big idea unit teaching,paying attention to developing literacy teaching objectives,integrating comprehensive unit content,designing unit teaching activities and implementing process and developmental teaching evaluation.
