基于体育长作业的学生自主健身意识研究——以五年级“武林大会”为例

摘要 体育长作业的设计以兴趣为出发点,内容形式多样化,是对教学内容进行拓展和延伸。在日常的教育教学实践中,学生的自主健身意识相对薄弱。本文就如何破解这个难题展开论述,以体育长作业的设计与实施为突破口,以五年级学生“武林大会”的体育长作业为例,探索小学体育学科长作业的设计与实施。 The design of sports long assignments is based on interests,with diverse content forms,which not only effectively compensates for“short assignments”,but also expands and extends the teaching content.In daily educational and teaching practice,students’awareness of self-directed fitness is relatively weak.How to solve this problem,we will take the design and implementation of sports long assignments as a breakthrough to advance.Based on this,fifth grade students were selected to explore the design and implementation of primary school physical education department head assignments using the“Wulin Conference”physical education department head assignment as an example.
