摘要
成人教育数字化转型要服务全民终身学习,从而形成在数字社会中每个人都能平等进行学习和交流的状态。利用波士顿矩阵分析数字化学习资源与学习方式的关系,双方相互影响,互为条件。成人教育数字化转型需要遵循学习资源与学习方式之间相辅相成的规律,遵循“以学生为中心”的教学理念,构建丰富的学习资源,并利用学习资源开展教学互动,促进学生主动学习,并且循序渐进地进一步丰富数字化学习资源,增强互动性。在教学理念与信息技术的双重加持下,完美实现成人教育的数字化转型。
The digital transformation of adult education should serve the modern education system of lifelong learning,thus forming a state where everyone can learn and communicate equally in the digital society.Using BCG Matrix,this paper analyzes the relationship between digital learning resources and digital learning methods.Studies show that they are interactive and mutually conditional.They complement each other.These are the rules for us to follow.Teachers should adhere to the student-centered teaching philosophy,develop learning resources and use them for interactive teaching and students'active learning,gradually enrich digital learning resources and effectively increase classroom interaction.With the dual support of teaching concept and information technology,the digital transformation of adult education can be perfectly realized.
