成人高校青年教师科研能力培养案例研究

A Case Study of the Development of Scientific Research Capability of Young Teachers in Adult Universities

随着人员结构的调整,越来越多的年轻人进入教师岗位。他们有着青年人特有的朝气和活力,敢于挑战、敢于创新,在职业生涯规划上有强烈的个性需求,亟需在科研工作方面有所成长。文章以西城某成人高校的青年教师为研究对象,通过对青年教师开展科研活动案例的分析,总结了青年教师在科研能力方面存在的不足,主要包括青年教师对科学研究理解不深入、缺乏科研项目经验、投入科研工作的精力有限、青年教师的自主决策能力较弱和科研价值有偏差等。针对青年教师在科研能力方面存在的普遍问题,文章给出了提升成人学校青年教师科研能力的建议,希望青年教师能够在科研工作中实现理论和实践双向提升。

With the adjustment of personnel structure,more and more young people take up the teaching post.Young people have unique vigor and vitality,dare to innovate and meet challenges,have strong individual needs in their career planning,and need to achieve in the scientific research work.Taking young teachers in an adult college in Xicheng District as the research subject,this paper analyzes the cases of their scientific research work and points out their problems,including lack of in-depth understanding and experience of scientific research,limited time and energy into the work,lack of independent decision-making abilities,and deviation of scientific research value.In view of these problems,the writer proposes some suggestions for young teachers in adult colleges in the hope that they can achieve both theoretical and practical improvement in their scientific research practice.
