区域高校服务学前保育员师资队伍的十年探索与实践——基于北京市朝阳区保育教师岗位培训十年趋势分析

摘要 幼儿保育工作是幼儿园两项重要的工作之一,保育教师直接承担着保育工作的重任,参加保育教师岗位培训的人员决定着将来的保育教师队伍。长期以来,我国保育工作在学前教育中处于薄弱环节,保育员专业保育能力参差不齐,与我国新时代高质量发展幼儿教育的要求不相适应。因而开展保育员专业培训,提升保育员队伍素质成为必然之举。成人高校作为服务终身学习的教育机构,在服务学前保育员师资队伍建设方面有天然的优势,基于十年朝阳区保育员队伍培训,分析保育员队伍的整体特征和发展趋势,对于今后成人高校在区域学前师资队伍建设及开展保育教育工作上具有重要意义。 Childcare is one of the two important tasks for kindergartens and childcare teachers directly shoulder the important responsibility.Those who participate in childcare teacher training determine the quality of a future childcare teaching staff.For a long time,China's childcare work is a weak link in preschool education,and the professional quality of childcare workers is uneven.Such a situation cannot meet the requirements of high-quality child education in the new era in China.Therefore,it is imperative to carry out professional childcare workforce training and improve their overall qualities.As educational institutions that serve lifelong learning,adult colleges and universities have many advantages when it comes to childcare staff training.Based on ten years of childcare teacher training in Chaoyang District,this paper analyzes the overall characteristics and development trend of childcare workers.It is believed that these research findings are of great significance for adult colleges to build a regional childcare workforce and carry out childcare teacher training.
