面向智能电网监测的分布式数据流处理

摘要 由智能电能表等设备组成的传感器网络以极高的速率生成与传输大量数据。分布式流处理系统可以对数据实现并行化处理,提高数据分析的效率。但当前的分布式流处理方案并不专注于智能电网的高负载环境设计,当负载增大时,系统性能会显著下降。针对这一问题,提出面向物联网数据工作负载的分布式流处理框架。该框架基于分布式事件流处理系统,适用于智能电网中产生的实时数据。系统采用层级结构,使得方案具有更高的可扩展性。通过实验验证了该框架所具有的低延迟与高吞吐量优势。 Internet of things(IoT) consisting of sensors including smart meters generates and transports massive data at high velocity.Distributed data stream processing system can parallelize the procedure of data processing,and improve the efficiency of data analysis.However,the existed data stream processing systems are not specially designed for contexts with high workload of smart grid.When workload become very high,the performance of the system will decrease rapidly.Aiming at this issue,an IoT-oriented distributed stream processing framed is proposed.The frame is designed on the basis of distributed event stream system,which is applicable for real-time data in smart grid.A hierarchical architecture is exploited,making the proposed frame more scalable.Experimental results show the low latency and high throughput of the designed framework.
