摘要
针对传统人工试纸检测无法全面、连续评估养殖水体氨氮浓度变化的问题,设计了一种基于靛酚蓝分光光度法的低成本氨氮在线监测仪表。利用恒流LED与硅光电池完成光信号到电信号的转换,开发了分段定量取样技术实现试剂的精确取样定量,设计了以STM32RCT6单片机为核心的工作电路,包括LED恒流电路、模数转换电路等。并搭建工程样机开展仪表性能测试。仪表对多量程标准样品的相对标准偏差为0.34%~3.72%,对3种实际水样的测量误差不高于0.03 mg/L,测试准确度与稳定性均能满足农业生产实际要求。高效低成本氨氮在线监测仪将为水产养殖业提供高性价比的氨氮检测方案。
A low-cost ammonia nitrogen online monitoring instrument based on the indophenol blue spectrophotometric method was designed for the problem that the traditional manual test paper detection cannot comprehensively and continuously assess the changes of ammonia nitrogen concentration in farmed water bodies.Using constant current LED and silicon photocell to complete the conversion of light signal to electric signal,we developing segmented quantitation sampling technology to achieve accurate sampling and quantification of reagents,and designed a working circuit with STM32RCT6 microcontroller as the core,including LED constant current circuit,analog-to-digital conversion circuit,etc.Finally,an engineering prototype was built to verify the performance of the instrument.The relative standard deviation of the instrument for multi-range standard samples was 0.34%~3.72%,and the measurement error for three actual water samples was not higher than 0.03 mg/L.The test accuracy and stability could meet the actual requirements of agricultural production.The high efficiency and low-cost ammonia nitrogen online monitor will provide a cost-effective ammonia nitrogen detection solution for the aquaculture industry.
