钛渣电炉铁液直接粒化成型试验研究

摘要 为满足“一键化”冶炼将生铁块装入高位料仓实现智能化加料的需求,攀钢钛业基于现有的生铁铸造工艺设备,通过对粒化机理、粒度选择、工模具设计、浇铸及脱模工艺等方面的研究,探索出了一种钛渣电炉铁液直接粒化成型的工艺方法。生产的1/2SR40型铁粒,单重0.94kg,表面光洁,无毛刺,无飞边,组织致密,成分均匀,完全满足高位料仓的使用要求;粒化模具失效时热循环次数达到8000余次,其使用寿命为常规铸铁模的1.5倍以上;铁粒自动脱模率达98%以上,成型后不再需要破碎和筛选,提供了一种低成本、高效、安全、绿色的铁液粒化成型方式,该方式对同行以及合金液粒化都有一定的推广应用价值。 In order to meet the demand of "one-key"smelting by loading pig iron blocks into high bin to realize intelligent feeding.Based on the existing pig iron casting process equipment,through the research of granulating mechanism,particle size selection,mold design,casting and demoulding process,a process of direct granulation molding of liquid iron from titanium slag furnace was explored in Pangang Titanium Industry.The production of 1/2SR40 type granular iron,a single weight of 0.94 kg,smooth surface,without burr,flashless,compact structure,uniform composition,fully meet the use requirements of high bin;the number of thermal cycles reached more than 8000 times when the granulating mould failed.Its service life was more than 1.5 times that of the conventional cast iron mould.The automatic demoulding rate of granular iron is more than 98%,so there is no need for crushing and screening after molding.It provides a low-cost,efficient,safe and green liquid iron granulation molding method,which has certain promotion and application value for peers and liquid alloy granulation.
