摘要 本文基于对电解槽的物料平衡和能量平衡的研究,结合500kA石墨化阴极电解槽历史运行关键工艺技术参数进行模拟分析,分别从铝电解温度、分子比、铝水平、平均电压对铝电解直流电耗的影响进行阐述,把铝电解关键工艺技术参数进行耦合,寻找最优的铝电解直流电耗值下的范围,组合成一套关键工艺技术参数的管控模型,用这个最优管控模型指导生产实践。在管控模型的指导下,提升铝电解电流效率,降低直流电耗。 Based on the research on the material balance and energy balance of the electrolytic cell,and combined with the simulation analysis of the key technological parameters of the historical operation of the 500 kA graphitized cathode electrolytic cell,the influences of aluminum electrolysis temperature,molecular ratio,aluminum level and average voltage on the direct current power consumption of aluminum electrolysis were described,and the key technological parameters of aluminum electrolysis were coupled.The range of the optimal DC power consumption of the key technical parameters of aluminum electrolysis was found and combined into a control model of the key technical parameters of the key process.The optimal control model was used to guide the production practice.Under the guidance of the control model,the current efficiency of aluminum electrolysis increased,the DC power consumption decreased significantly,and god economic results were achieved.
