医务社工模式下家庭干预在儿童注意缺陷多动障碍中的作用

The Role of Family Intervention in Children's Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder under the Medical Social Work Model

目的 探讨医务社工模式下的家庭干预疗法在注意力缺陷多动障碍患儿中的应用效果。方法 选择南通大学附属医院小儿内科门诊2020年2月—2021年2月收治的120例注意力缺陷多动障碍患儿,随机分为对照组和观察组各60例。对照组采用常规药物治疗,观察组在药物治疗基础上实施家庭干预。分别在研究开展前、开展6个月后和开展12个月后,收集Conners父母症状问卷、注意缺陷多动障碍筛查量表(Swanson Nolan and Pelham-Ⅳ rating scales,SNAP-Ⅳ)量表、儿童自我意识量表数据,比较组间疗效差异。结果 观察组干预6月后和12个月后的Conners父母症状问卷评分、SNAP-Ⅳ量表评分低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论医务社工模式下的家庭干预疗法治疗儿童注意缺陷多动障碍疗效显著。

Objective To investigate the therapeutic effect of family intervention therapy under the medical social worker model in children with attention deficit hyperactivity disorder.Methods A total of 120 children with attention deficit hyperactivity disorder who visited the Pediatric Internal Medicine Outpatient Department of Nantong University Hospital from February 2020 to February 2021 were divided into the control group and the observation group with 60 cases in each group.The control group was treated with conventional drugs,and the observation group adopted family intervention on the basis of drug treatment.The data of Conners parent questionnaires,SNAPIV scales,and children's self-awareness scales before study,6 months and 12 months after the study were collected and compared,respectively.Results The Conners parents'questionnaire scores and SNAP-IV scale scores in the observation group after 6 months and 12 months of intervention were significantly lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The family intervention therapy under the medical social worker model has a significant effect on the treatment of attention deficit hyperactivity disorder in children.
