新时代战略视域下我国钠冷快堆知识产权的发展研究

摘要 钠冷快堆是第四代国际先进核能系统的主力堆型,它在有效利用铀资源,处理核废物方面具有独特的技术优势。新时代背景下,从战略角度开展对钠冷快堆知识产权的系统谋划,对实现我国先进核能技术高水平自立自强具有重要意义。本文介绍了钠冷快堆技术特点和发展历程,分析了新时代发展战略下知识产权的重要性;通过专利数据和信息,研究我国钠冷快堆知识产权竞争态势和现状,总结发展中面临的问题和挑战,并给出知识产权保护策略和举措。研究结果可为我国钠冷快堆知识产权发展提供依据,为其产业化和技术创新提供建议,有利于促进我国第四代先进核能技术可持续发展。 The sodium-cooled fast reactor is the primary reactor type of the fourth generation of international advanced nuclear energy systems,which has unique technical advantages in the effective utilization of uranium resources and disposal of nuclear waste.In the context of the new era,the systematic planning of sodium-cooled fast reactor intellectual property rights from a strategic point of view is of great significance to achieve a high level of self-reliance and self-improvement of advanced nuclear energy technology in China.This paper introduces the characteristics and development history of sodium-cooled fast reactor technology,analyzes the importance of intellectual property rights in the new era of development strategy,and studies the competitive situation and status of intellectual property rights of sodium-cooled fast reactors in China through patent data and information,summarizes the problems and challenges faced in the development,and gives intellectual property protection strategies and initiatives.The research results can provide a basis for developing intellectual property rights of sodium-cooled fast reactors in China,offer suggestions for their industrialization and technological innovation,and help promote the sustainable development of fourth generation advanced nuclear energy technology in China.
