面向开放式创新战略下的产学研项目绩效评价体系研究——基于平衡计分卡方法

平衡计分卡(BSC)被视为一种战略衡量工具,许多公司已将其用于衡量组织绩效的四个关键方面:财务、客户、内部业务流程及学习与成长。尽管BSC被广泛应用于商业领域,但其最初的开发并不是为了评估开放式创新战略下合作研究项目的绩效,在此情况下,产学研合作项目的研发成果应以不同的方式进行衡量。因此,本文基于不同行业10家公司的访谈,运用平衡记分卡,设计一套面向开放式创新战略下的产学研项目绩效评价体系。

The Balanced Scorecard(BSC)can be viewed as a strategic measurement tool that many companies have used to measure four key aspects of organizational performance:financial,customers,internal business processes,and learning and growth.Although BSC is widely used in the commercial field,it was not originally developed to evaluate the performance of collaborative research projects under an open innovation strategy,in which case the R&D outcomes of industry-universityresearch collaboration projects should be measured differently.Therefore,based on the interviews with 10 companies in different industries and the balanced scorecard,a performance evaluation system for industry-university-research projects under the open innovation strategy is designed.
