通元法针刺对肾精亏损型神经性耳鸣病人中医症候积分、THI评分及睡眠质量的影响

Effects of Tongyuan method acupuncture on TCM syndrome score,THI score and sleep quality in patients with nervous tinnitus of damage of kidney-essence type

目的:探究通元法针刺对肾精亏损型神经性耳鸣病人临床疗效的影响。方法:选取神经性耳鸣病人80例,随机分为对照组和观察组,各40例。对照组用常规治疗方法,观察组用常规治疗联合通元法针刺治疗。比较2组疗效、中医证候积分、耳鸣障碍指标评估量表(THI)、睡眠质量。结果:观察组总有效率97.50%,高于对照组的82.50%(P<0.05)。治疗前,2组病人中医证候积分、THI评分、匹茨堡睡眠质量指数量表(PSQI)评分比较差异均无统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗后,2组中医证候积分、THI、PSQI评分均下降(P<0.05),且观察组低于对照组(P<0.05~P<0.01)。结论:通元法针刺对肾精亏损型神经性耳鸣病人有较好疗效,能显著改善病人临床症状及睡眠质量,降低耳鸣障碍程度。

Objective:To explore the effect of Tongyuan method acupuncture on the clinical efficacy of patients with nervous tinnitus of damage of kidney-essence type.Methods:Eighty patients with nervous tinnitus were randomly divided into control group and study group,with 40 cases in each group.The control group was treated with conventional treatment,and the study group was treated with conventional treatment combined with Tongyuan method acupuncture.The curative effect,TCM syndrome score,tinnitus handicap index(THI)score,and sleep quality were compared between the two groups.Results:The total effective rate in the study group was 97.50%,which was higher than 82.50%in the control group(P<0.05).Before treatment,there was no significant difference in TCM syndrome scores,THI and Pittsburgh sleep quality index(PSQI)scores between the two groups(P>0.05).After treatment,the TCM syndrome scores,THI and PSQI scores of the two groups decreased(P<0.05),and which in the study group were significantly lower than those in the control group(P<0.05 to P<0.01).Conclusions:Tongyuan method acupuncture has a good effect on patients with nervous tinnitus of damage of kidney-essence type,which can significantly improve the clinical symptoms and sleep quality of patients,and reduce the degree of tinnitus disorders.
