摘要
目的探讨本科护生道德价值观与职业认同的相关性,为课程思政提供指导依据。方法2022年3月7-11日采用一般资料调查表、职业认同问卷和道德价值观问卷对河南某高校2018—2021级4个年级582名本科护生进行调查,分析本科护生道德价值观与职业认同的相关性。结果582名本科护生平均职业认同问卷总分为(60.57±10.26)分,平均终极性道德价值观得分为163.00(151.00,166.00)分,平均工具性道德价值观得分为72.00(54.00,97.00)分。终极性道德价值观与职业认同问卷总分呈正相关,工具性道德价值观与职业认同问卷总分呈负相关,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。是否喜欢护理专业、专业选择、在校学习成绩、毕业是否转行、受人尊重程度、疫情期间大众对护士态度的变化、终极性道德价值观可解释职业认同35.9%的变异。结论护生职业认同水平尚处于中等水平,道德价值观呈现出多元化。高校可在课程思政中融入“榜样教育”“抗疫英雄”“悦纳自我”“中国梦”等元素,引导本科护生形成以终极性道德价值观为主流的道德价值观,提高其职业认同水平。
Objective To explore the correlation between moral values and professional identity of undergraduate nursing students,and to provide guidance for ideological and political courses.Methods From March 7 to 11,2022,A total of 582 undergraduate nursing studentsin in four grades from 2018 to 2021 at a university in Henan Province were investigated by general information questionnaire,nursing students'professional identity questionnaire and adolescent moral values questionnaire,to analyze the correlation between moral values and professional identity of undergraduate nursing students.Results The average total professional identity score of the 582 undergraduate nursing students was(60.57±10.26),the average ultimate moral values score was 163.00(151.00,166.00),and the average instrumental moral values score was 72.00(54.00,97.00).The ultimate moral values were positively correlated with the professional identity of undergraduate nursing students,and the instrumental moral values were negatively correlated with the professional identity of undergraduate nursing students,and all the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The 35.9%of the variation of professional identity could be explained by preference for nursing major,professional choice,academic performance,change of profession after graduation,respect degree,the change of public attitude towards nurses during the epidemic,and ultimate moral values.Conclusion The professional identity level of nursing students is still at the medium level,and their moral values are diversified.Colleges and universities can integrate elements such as“model education”“anti epidemic hero”“self acceptance”“Chinese dream”into the curriculum ideology and politics to guide undergraduate nursing students to form moral values with ultimate moral values as the mainstream and improve their professional identity level.
