摘要
保健食品广告一直是广告监管执法的重点领域之一,企业合规发布广告,能更好地维护保健食品市场秩序,保障消费者合法权益。本文结合“三品一械”广告审查工作,梳理了保健食品广告样件申报中常见问题,以期为企业规范保健食品广告提供参考。
Health food advertisements have always been one of the key areas of advertising supervision and law enforcement,and the release of advertisements by enterprises in compliance with the law can better maintain the order of the health food market and protect the legitimate rights and interests of consumers.The common problems in the declaration of health food advertisement samples were sorted out by combining the“three products and one device”advertisement review work so as to provide reference for enterprises to regulate health food advertisement.
