微信平台技术对社区老年高血压患者合理用药和用药依从性的影响

The influence of WeChat platform technology for the rational drug use and drug compliance of elderly hypertensive patients in the community

目的:探讨微信平台技术对于社区老年高血压患者合理用药教育和用药依从性的意义。方法:对2021年1月-2022年12月来院就诊的100例来自社区的老年高血压患者进行研究。分组方法选择随机数字表法,分成两组各50例。观察组中男性28例,女性22例,平均年龄为(69.85±5.33)岁;对照组中男性27例,女性23例,平均年龄为(69.77±5.46)岁。对照组接受常规合理用药教育,观察组接受微信平台合理用药教育。比较两组的合理用药教育效果以及干预前后用药依从性、自我管理行为、血压控制达标率的变化情况,并在干预结束后记录两组患者对干预的满意度情况。结果:观察组干预后药物种类掌握度评分、服药方法掌握度评分、注意事项掌握度评分、按时服药掌握度评分均高于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(均P<0.05);观察组干预后高血压治疗依从性量表(TASHP)评分、高血压患者自我管理行为测评量表(HPSMBRS)评分均高于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(均P<0.05);观察组干预后血压控制达标率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(88.00%比72.00%,P<0.05);观察组对干预的满意度高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(94.00%比80.00%,P<0.05)。结论:微信平台技术能够提升社区老年高血压患者的合理用药教育效果,提高用药依从性。

Objective:To explore the significance of WeChat platform technology for rational drug use education and drug compliance of elderly hypertensive patients in the community.Methods:From January 2021 to December 2022,100 elderly hypertensive patients from the community who came to the hospital for treatment were studied.The random number table method was selected as the grouping method,and the patients were divided into two groups with 50 cases each.There were 28 male cases and 22 female cases in the observation group,and the average age was(69.85±5.33)years;the control group had 27 male cases and 23 female cases,and the average age was(69.77±5.46)years.The control group received conventional rational drug use education,and the observation group received WeChat platform rational drug use education.The effect of rational drug use education,and the changes of drug use compliance,self-management behavior,and blood pressure control compliance rate between the two groups before and after the intervention were compared,and the satisfaction of patients in the two groups after the intervention was recorded.Results:After intervention,the scores of drug type mastery,medication method mastery,precautions mastery and timely medication mastery in the observation group were higher than those in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);after intervention,the scores of the hypertensive treatment compliance scale and the hypertension patients self-management behavior rating scale in the observation group were higher than those in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);after intervention,the rate of reaching the standard of blood pressure control in the observation group was higher than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(88.00%vs 72.00%,P<0.05);the satisfaction rate of intervention in the observation group was higher than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(94.00%vs 80.00%,P<0.05).Conclusion:WeChat platform technology can improve the effect of rational drug use education for elderly hypertensive patients in the community and improve drug compliance.
