微纳结构自清洁涂层的月尘防护性能研究

摘要 针对月面探测器表面月尘防护问题,制备了一种低表面能自清洁涂层。采用扫描电镜、分光光度计、接触角测量仪、划格法等手段对涂层的基本性能进行了表征分析,采用翻转除尘试验对涂层的模拟月尘清除效果进行评价分析。结果表明:带有低表面能自清洁涂层的载玻片在400~1800 nm波段范围内透光率≥90%,水接触角为137°~138°,划格法结合力优于1级,热循环100次后涂层未见损伤,涂层对50~75μm粒径模拟月尘的清除效率可达90%以上,涂层在月面探测器月尘防护领域具有较好的应用潜力。 Targeting the problem of lunar dust adhering on the surface of lunar detector,a low sur-face energy self-cleaning coating was fabricated.Coating properties were studied with scanning elec-tron microscope,spectrophotometer,contact angle measuring instrument and cross cutting method.The dust self-cleaning property was measured by turnover dust removal test with lunar dust simu-lants.The test results showed that the light transmittance of the glass coated with low surface energy self-cleaning coating was not less than 90%in the range of 400~1800 nm,the water contact angle was 137°~138°,coating bonding force behaved better than grade 1,no damage was detected on the coating after 100 thermal cycles,and the removal efficiency of lunar dust simulants was better than 90%with testing particle size in the range of 50~75μm,which indicated that the coating had good application potential in the field of lunar dust protection on the lunar detector.
