摘要 为更好地厘清人的因素(HF)与系统工程(SE)未能很好集成这一研究缺口,对典型安全关键领域相关组织/机构中涉及HF与SE集成的相关术语进行了定义总结和概念辨析。结果表明:不同领域、不同区域组织/机构的话语体系不一致,存在术语定义不统一、相似术语混用等问题;HF与SE集成的相关术语(人因工程(HFE)、人因/工效(HF/E)、人与系统集成/人因集成(HSI/HFI)、以人为中心的设计(HCD))之间存在一定的差异,简单总结为HFE≤HF/E、HF/E与HSI/HFI相关联以及HCD≤HFE≤HSI/HFI,学术/工业界对这种差异的认识还略显不足。本研究可为加深研究人员对HF与SE集成知识的认识提供一定参考。 To further clarify the research gap that Human Factors(HF)and Systems Engineering(SE)are not well integrated,a summary of HF/SE integration related definitions and discrimination of concepts used by relevant organizations/institutions in typical safety-critical areas was presented in this paper.The results show that the discourse systems used in organizations/institutions in different areas and regions are inconsistent,and there are inconsistent definitions of terms and confusing use of similar terms.There are some differences not well understood between the terms associated with HF/SE integration,such as Human Factors Engineering(HFE),Human Factors/Ergonomics(HF/E),Human-System Integration/Human Factors Integration(HSI/HFI),and Human-Centered Design(HCD).The differences can be simply expressed as HFE≤HF/E,HF/E is associated with HSI/HFI and HCD≤HFE≤HSI/HFI.This study can serve as a reference to deepen the knowledge of HF/SE integration among researchers.
