摘要
针对设备振动监测效率低下的问题,设计了一种基于微机电系统(MEMS)传感器和无线通信的电机振动测试系统,可对振动信号进行采集、处理和计算,以获取设备振动参数,从而判断设备的运行状态。实验结果表明,设计的测振系统具有检测准确快速等优点,为构建基于物联网技术的设备状态监测系统奠定了良好的基础。
According to the low efficiency of equipment vibration monitoring,a motor vibration test system based on microelectromechanical system(MEMS)sensor and wireless communication,collects,processes and calculates vibration signals,and obtains equipment vibration parameters,so as to judge the operating state of the equipment.The experimental results show that the designed vibration measurement system has the advantages of accurate and fast detection,which lays a good foundation for building the device status monitoring system based on the Internet of Things technology.
