2023年是“一带一路”倡议提出十周年。以习近平新时代中国特色社会主义思想为指导,经过夯基垒台、立柱架梁、精雕细琢等不同阶段的努力,“一带一路”十年建设取得了重大成就:共建范围逐渐扩大,规制对接日益深化;对外投资稳步增长,工程建设质量提高;设施联通不断加强,国际贸易质效双升;人文交流更加密切,民心相通显著增强。新发展阶段,面对全球政治不稳定、经济复苏乏力、大国博弈加剧带来的风险挑战,建议从加强国家风险监测与防控、创新发展模式、调整战略方针、增强战略主动着手,增强发展韧性、提高发展质量、激活发展活力、优化发展环境,推动共建“一带一路”高质量发展。

2023 marks the 10th anniversary of the proposal of the Belt and Road Initiative.Guided by Xi Jinping Thought on Socialism with Chinese Characteristics for a New Era,the joint construction of the Belt and Road Initiative has obtained remarkable achievements through efforts at different stages such as laying foundations,erecting pillars,and fine-tuning over the past ten years.The cooperative team of the Belt and Road Initiative has been expanded,and regulations has been gradually synchronizing with the world.Outward Foreign Direct Investment keeps growing,and the quality of engineering and construction has been improved.The connectivity of infrastructure has been built up,and the efficiency of international trade has been improved.Cultural exchanges with other countries have deepened,and people-to-people bonds have been significantly enhanced.In the new development stage,promoting the high-quality development of the Belt and Road Initiative faces many risks and challenges,such as global political instability,weak economic recovery,and intensified great power competition.It is suggested to strengthen national risk monitoring and prevention,innovate the development mode,adjust strategic policies,and take strategic initiatives,in order to raise development resilience,improve development quality,activate development vitality,and optimize the development environment.
