摘要
为了解决安徽某电厂1000 MW机组超超临界锅炉在试运期间出现的水冷壁温度高、主蒸汽温度低且两侧偏差较大的问题,通过试验研究,采取了差异化调整二次风喷口水平摆角的方法,最终将水冷壁温度、主蒸汽温度及偏差调整到锅炉正常运行的允许范围之内,为其他机组类似问题的处理提供了新的思路。
During commissioning period,the problem of over-temperature on water-wall and high temperature-deviation and low-temperature on superheat steam appeared in a 1000 MW ultra-supercritical boiler in Anhui province.In order to solve it,the method of differentiating the direction and angle of the secondary burner based on test research was adopted.The temperature and temperature-deviation of water-wall and superheat steam were adjusted to the allowable range of normal operation.This method provides new ideas for similar problems of other units.
