质量自动测量装置校准方法探讨及不确定度分析 被引量:1

摘要 目前,质量自动测量装置的检定/校准没有相应的计量技术规程/规范,但就其组成来看,其中用于砝码检定的为质量比较仪,校准质量比较仪依据现行的JJF 1326-2011《质量比较仪校准规范》,然而由于其处于质量自动测量系统中,加载方式受到自动控制系统和执行机构限制,无法完全按照JJF 1326-2011执行。文章就质量自动检测装置中的衡量设备,即质量比较仪的检定/校准方法进行分析探讨并开展不确定度评定。
