摘要
近年研究表明,精神分裂症以γ节律为代表的大脑高频活动存在异常,严重影响患者的低级感觉处理和高级认知功能。本文中综述了精神分裂症患者异常γ振荡产生的神经生理学机制和脑电图特征、异常γ振荡与症状的关联性以及不同治疗方法对其影响,以期为精神分裂症的临床诊疗提供支持。
Recent studies have shown that abnormal high-frequency brain activity represented byγrhythms in schizophrenia severely affects patients′low-level sensory processing and higher cognitive functions.The neurophysiological mechanisms of abnormalγoscillations in schizophrenia patients,the progress of research on the EEG characteristics based on abnormalγoscillations,the correlation between abnormalγoscillations and symptoms,and the effects of different treatments on abnormalγoscillations are comprehensively reviewed in this paper,and the current research status and problems are summarized to provide strong support for the clinical diagnosis and treatment of schizophrenia.
