假体周围感染遗传易感性的研究现状

Current research on genetic susceptibility to periprosthetic joint infection

关节置换术后假体周围感染是人工关节置换术后的严重并发症之一,给患者经济、心理、生活带来严重的负担。其发病机制尚未明确。近年来随着基因测序技术的发展,对复杂疾病进行遗传分析已成为当下热点。本文综述了白细胞介素、甘露糖结合凝集素、Toll样受体、肿瘤坏死因子等单核苷酸多态性在关节置换术后假体周围感染中的遗传易感性。

Prosthetic joint infection is one of the serious complications after total joint arthroplasty,which brings serious burden to pa⁃tients in economy,psychology and life.The pathogenesis is not clear.In recent years,with the development of gene sequencing technology,genetic analysis of complex diseases has become a hot spot.This paper reviews the genetic susceptibility of single nucleotide polymor⁃phisms of interleukin,mannose-binding lectin,toll like receptor,and tumor necrosis factor in prosthetic joint infection.
